Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping to international destinations and will update this page when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier's website or through your Ma Belle Vie account.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if any delays affect your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@mymabellevie.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
