Simply browse our collections, select your size, and add items to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
We process orders quickly, so changes are not always possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us at support@mymabellevie.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Shipping & Delivery Information

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States.
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. For the full policy, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
Email us at support@mymabellevie.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your credit card information.
