We want you to love every piece from Ma Belle Vie. If something doesn't work out, we're happy to help with returns and exchanges.
Return Policy
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased at a discount of 50% or more
- Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Gift cards
- Items that have been altered, worn, or washed
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@mymabellevie.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Our team will review your request and send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item(s) securely and ship them back to us using the provided instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mymabellevie.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a return at no cost to you and send the correct item or issue a full refund.
